PARK PLACE standard units start at $575 for a one bedroom and $675 for a two bedroom. There are deluxe units available at both properties.
These units have undergone an extensive remodeling. Most units have new appliances, and new carpet. The rent includes the water and sewer.. These units have ELECTRIC baseboard heat. With the increase in natural gas prices ELECTRICITY is now the most economical way to heat a home.

The units at both locations are exactly the same, but Park Place is a little more expensive because it is next to the park and has a pool and a closer access to I94 and the toll road. If you don't need these amenities save some money and take a look at Meridian's units.
